Terms
Terms of Service
The rules for creating an account, running a workspace, and using AnyContent.1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Anysoft LLC (“Anysoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to AnyContent, including its websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Accounts are free to create. Subscriptions and usage limits apply separately to each workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account.
A workspace owner or billing owner may invite other members and is responsible for managing workspace access and billing. Members of a workspace may be able to view, upload, comment on, edit, approve, or otherwise act on workspace content according to the permissions made available by the Service.
3. What AnyContent does
AnyContent helps social media managers and clients plan, upload, review, comment on, approve, and organize proposed social content. The Service does not publish content to social platforms, guarantee approval by any platform, or replace your own legal, brand, accessibility, advertising, or platform-compliance review.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the files, captions, comments, notes, and other material you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Anysoft a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service or comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use Customer Content and to allow workspace members and Anysoft to process it as described in these Terms. You are responsible for Customer Content and for maintaining any copies you need outside the Service.
5. Paid plans, renewals, and taxes
Paid plans are billed per workspace, not per seat. The price, billing interval, included usage, and other plan terms shown at checkout form part of your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled.
You authorize Stripe and Anysoft to charge the payment method associated with the workspace for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and approved plan changes. Prices may change for a future billing period after reasonable notice. Taxes are added where required.
Plan changes may create an immediate charge or credit as shown in the Stripe customer portal. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellations, billing errors, and refund eligibility.
6. Free plans and usage limits
Free and paid plans may include limits for members, posts, storage, or other features. Current limits appear on the pricing page or in workspace billing settings. If a workspace exceeds its plan after a downgrade or plan change, existing content is not automatically deleted, but quota-consuming actions may be restricted until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access another person’s workspace without authorization, or upload content that infringes rights or facilitates harm.
8. Privacy and confidential workspace material
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Customer Content is designed to be available only to authorized workspace members and our service providers as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for inviting the correct people, removing access when it is no longer needed, and avoiding information that the Service is not intended to process.
No system is completely secure. Do not use AnyContent to store passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data unless we expressly agree in writing.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, storage, email, and payments. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service available and protect Customer Content, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may impose reasonable technical limits or temporarily restrict access to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Workspace billing owners may cancel paid subscriptions through billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that could harm Anysoft, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive. Contact us before termination if you need help exporting accessible Customer Content.
12. Anysoft intellectual property
Anysoft and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other materials we provide, excluding Customer Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your account term. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Anysoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content will be preserved indefinitely, that the Service will meet every requirement, or that every defect will be corrected.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anysoft and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Anysoft for the affected workspace during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
If you use the Service for a business, you will defend and indemnify Anysoft and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by Anysoft’s own misconduct.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email when required. Continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
17. General terms
These Terms, together with the policies they reference and any written order terms, are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Anysoft may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets. Applicable law governs these Terms without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Anysoft LLC at hello@anysoft.ai.
Privacy
Privacy Policy
What information AnyContent handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.1. Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy explains how Anysoft LLC handles personal information through AnyContent. It applies to account holders, workspace members, invitees, website visitors, and people who contact us.
For account, website, billing, and support information, Anysoft generally decides how and why the information is processed. For Customer Content uploaded to a workspace, the organization operating that workspace generally controls the purposes of processing, and Anysoft processes the content to provide the Service. If your information appears in Customer Content, contact the relevant workspace first; we will assist the workspace where required.
2. Information we collect
- Account and identity information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, and sign-in or security events.
- Workspace information: organization name, memberships, roles, invitations, and billing-owner assignments.
- Customer Content: uploaded images and videos, titles, captions, internal notes, comments, review decisions, scheduled dates, platform selections, and version history.
- Billing information: plan, billing interval, subscription status, customer and subscription identifiers, invoices, tax status, and limited payment metadata. Stripe processes full payment-card details; Anysoft does not receive complete card numbers.
- Usage and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostic data, and security events.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, email preferences, and other messages you send us.
3. Sources of information
We receive information directly from you, from workspace owners or members who invite or collaborate with you, automatically when you use the Service, and from providers such as Clerk and Stripe when they support authentication or billing.
4. How we use information
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we specifically request it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. Revoking OpenAI processing consent stops future AI review requests but does not remove AI comments already saved in the workspace.
- Provide, operate, personalize, and maintain accounts and workspaces.
- Store and deliver Customer Content to authorized workspace members.
- Process subscriptions, calculate plan usage, collect taxes, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Send invitations, review notifications, service notices, billing messages, and support responses.
- When a workspace member explicitly enables it, send selected Customer Content and workspace review instructions to OpenAI to generate optional AI review feedback.
- When a visitor arrives through a Reddit advertising campaign and explicitly accepts measurement, record the campaign visit and a completed account registration so we can evaluate that campaign.
- Protect the Service, investigate abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability and usability.
- Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use Customer Content to serve advertising. Optional Reddit campaign measurement is disabled unless a visitor expressly accepts it.
- Workspace members: Customer Content and collaboration activity are shared with authorized members of the relevant workspace.
- Service providers: core providers currently include Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and private media storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing and tax, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for optional AI review when a workspace member has expressly consented. For visitors who expressly accept measurement after arriving through a Reddit campaign, Reddit receives page-visit and completed-signup events. We do not include an email address or Customer Content in those events. AI review may send post titles, captions, internal notes, uploaded images or representative video frames, review instructions, and attached guideline PDFs. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and security obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Business transactions: information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
- At your direction: we may disclose information when you ask us to or give consent.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
AnyContent uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, load balancing, and core site operation. If you arrive through a Reddit advertisement, we ask before loading Reddit’s optional measurement script. If you accept, browser storage remembers that choice and keeps the campaign attribution through account registration; Reddit receives a page-visit event and, only after a newly created account reaches onboarding, one signup event. If you decline, the campaign attribution is removed and Reddit’s script is not loaded. You can withdraw a prior choice by clearing this site’s browser storage or contacting us. Providers may also create essential cookies or logs when they operate parts of the Service.
7. Retention
We retain account information and Customer Content while needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer where tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or other laws require it.
Retention varies based on the type of information, workspace instructions, contractual requirements, backup cycles, legal obligations, and whether an account or workspace remains active. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable measures.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, private media storage, encrypted network connections, and limited-duration media links. No security program can guarantee absolute protection, and you should protect your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
9. International processing
Anysoft and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use recognized contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.
You can update some account, membership, billing, and notification information directly in the Service. For other requests, email hello@anysoft.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority. If your request concerns Customer Content controlled by a workspace, we may direct the request to that workspace.
11. United States state privacy rights
Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. AnyContent does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may submit a request at hello@anysoft.ai. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
12. Children
The Service is for business users age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to Anysoft LLC at hello@anysoft.ai.
Refunds
Refund & Cancellation Policy
How renewals, cancellations, plan changes, billing errors, and refunds work.1. Subscription billing
Paid AnyContent plans are recurring subscriptions billed per workspace on a monthly or yearly basis. The amount and interval are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added.
2. Canceling a subscription
The workspace billing owner may cancel through AnyContent billing settings and the Stripe customer portal. Unless we say otherwise at cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using paid features through that date, and the workspace will not be charged for the next period.
Deleting content, leaving a workspace, or stopping use of the Service does not by itself cancel a subscription. Complete cancellation through the billing portal or contact us at hello@anysoft.ai.
3. Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and we do not automatically provide prorated refunds or cash credits for unused time, unused quota, downgrades, or late cancellation. This rule does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We will refund a verified duplicate charge or charge caused by our billing error. Send the workspace name, invoice date, and a description of the issue to hello@anysoft.ai within 30 days of the charge. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
We may approve other refunds or account credits in our discretion. A discretionary refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide one in another.
4. Plan changes
When you change a paid plan or billing interval, Stripe shows any immediate charge or credit before confirmation. Upgrades, downgrades, and interval changes may be prorated and may take effect immediately. Credits generated by Stripe are generally applied to the workspace’s account balance or invoice rather than paid out in cash, unless required by law.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the payment and notify the billing contact. Access to paid features may be limited or the subscription may be canceled if payment remains overdue. You remain responsible for valid amounts incurred before cancellation.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on Stripe, your bank, and the payment method. Refunds do not include taxes that we are legally unable to return.
7. Contact
For a cancellation or billing question, email hello@anysoft.ai. Contacting us first often resolves billing issues faster and does not waive any rights you may have.
Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use Policy
Practical boundaries that keep workspaces, users, and the service safe.1. Follow the law and respect rights
You may not use AnyContent to create, upload, store, review, or distribute material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. You must have permission to use the content and personal information you place in a workspace.
2. Do not facilitate harm
- Content that exploits or endangers children or depicts child sexual abuse.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or instructions intended to cause physical harm.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam, or evasion of security controls.
- The sale or promotion of illegal goods or services.
- Content intended to expose highly sensitive personal information without authorization.
3. Protect the Service
- Do not access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, files, systems, or networks without authorization.
- Do not probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, or circumvent security, authentication, quotas, rate limits, or billing controls, except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use automated access that harms users or operations.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a stand-alone service unless Anysoft agrees in writing.
4. Enforcing this policy
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address an emergency or legal claim.
When practical, we will consider context and provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation. Serious, repeated, illegal, or security-related violations may result in immediate action.
5. Reporting a concern
Report suspected abuse, infringement, or security concerns to hello@anysoft.ai. Include enough information for us to locate and evaluate the issue, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
